Bellinterno Inc. (“Company”) warrants that its Panorama Collection – Cold Air Diffusion Nebulizer Machine (the “Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

This limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

During the Warranty Period, if the Product fails to conform to this limited warranty, the customer must allow Company to make any necessary repairs to the unit by opening a repair claim via email to support@bellinterno.com or calling customer service at +1 (888) 851-9705, before making any claims under this warranty.

Company will, at its option, repair or replace the Product, provided that the Product is returned to Company with proof of purchase and a description of the claimed defect.

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

1. Misuse, abuse, or neglect
2. Improper installation
3. Natural disasters, force majeure, or any other act of God
4. Unauthorized repair or modification of the Product
5. Normal wear and tear or any damage caused by failure to follow the Product instructions

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
