Product Returns

Customers are entitled to return or exchange Bellinterno products within 30 days of receiving their order, provided that the items have not been used or removed from their original packaging. All returns and exchanges are subject to review by Bellinterno. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Bellinterno Customer Support by email at support@bellinterno.com or by phone at +1 (888) 851-9705 to file an Order Protection or return request. We kindly ask that you provide supporting images to help us understand your claim.

Panorama Machine Returns

Customers have the right to return any Panorama diffuser machine they have bought through e-commerce for any reason within 30 days from the purchase date or the date of receipt, whichever is later, and receive a refund. However, the shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer must shoulder the return shipping fee. To be eligible for a refund, the diffuser must be in its original packaging and unused, with all parts and accessories included.

For Panorama diffuser machines returned after the 30-day period, a 15% restocking fee will be charged, provided that the device is unused, and the shipping costs are not refundable, with the customer responsible for the return shipping fee. We do not issue refunds for used Panorama diffusers.

Start-Up Fees

Start-Up Fees for all financing and Installment programs are non-refundable.

Installation and Service Fees

Installation and Service fees are non-refundable.

Installment and Finance Programs

All installment and finance programs are non-refundable and are subject to the terms agreed upon in the agreement.

Return Shipping Label

Please note that Bellinterno does not furnish a shipping return label for most returns, and therefore you shall be held responsible for any expenses incurred for returning the purchased item. The initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Kindly allow us a period of 10-14 business days from the day we receive your return to process your refund or exchange using the original payment method.

Shipping and Handling

Upon receiving approval for your return request from our customer support team, we kindly request that you ship the item back within five days of receiving the approval notice. It is essential that you package the returned item appropriately, including all cords, adaptors, bottles, accessories, and documentation that came with it. If you are returning a Panorama diffuser machine or an Hourglass Diffuser, please remove the fragrance oil inside before returning it to prevent any damage to the internal mechanisms.

We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, as Bellinterno cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.

Exchanges

You have the option to exchange your product with any item available on our website. After your return is in transit and received by us, we will process it promptly, and your exchange request will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days.

To process an exchange, please ensure the items are unopen and unused. To proceed with an exchange please contact customer service at +1 (888) 851-9705.

Store Credit

When an item is returned for store credit, the cost of the return label is covered by us. Once your return is in transit, it will be processed, and your store credit will be sent to your email address within 1-3 business days.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is usual for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurs to the item(s) in your shipment, please email support@bellinterno.com for customer support with images of the packaging and item(s). If you selected the option for Route Shipping protection at check out, our team will help file a claim with Route. All other claims will be at approved at our discretion. 

Point of Purchase

Only items purchased directly from Bellinterno can be returned to Bellinterno. Bellinterno products purchased through other retailers, affiliates, or distributors must be returned per their respective returns and refunds policy.

Exceptions

To ensure satisfaction, the Panorama Collection, Hourglass Diffuser, and fragrance oils may be returned within 30 days, depending on the usage. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of a refund request. The fragrance oils must not be opened or have a broken seal.
