Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package.
  • All packages are shipped from Miami, Florida.
  • After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-7 business days. Any orders received after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping time is dependent on the location but ranges between 3-10 business days after processing.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.

Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $200.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SHIPMENTS THAT CONTAIN A PANORAMA COLLECTION DIFFUSER WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

International Shipping

  • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
  • It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.(Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.)
  • All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars, and charged in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

Route Package Protection

  • Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen!
  • This service is automatically added to each order, by removing the Route Package Protection from your order, you understand that lost, broken and stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded.

  • We highly recommend that you purchase Route Package Protection insurance.
  • Additional shipping charge may apply.
  • Add Route Package Protection to your purchase at checkout, and your order will be insured!
  • Route covers stolen packages, packages delivered but not received, damaged items, packages lost in transit, and wrong items.
  • If one of these issues has occurred please send an email to support@bellinterno.com with your order number and put ‘Route Support’ in the Subject to streamline the claim.
  • If a wrong item has been sent and you did not purchase the insurance, please contact our support team at +1 (888) 851-9705 and we will do everything to make it right.

Preorders

  • Preorders will be shipped out in the order they are received.
  • The estimated date for shipping will be listed in the details section of each product.
  • Please note the dates are estimates and can be updated without notice.
  • If your order contains one or more items listed as “preorder” the whole package will be shipped when contents become available.
  • For expedited shipping, we recommend placing two separate orders. One with pre-order items and one with in-stock items.
